Footed Brass Box with Signed Painted Portrait on Lid, By the Apollo Studios.  The box measures 5 ” wide x 3 1/2 ”  x 3 ” height.  The portrait with frame measures 2 1/2  ” in diameter.  Can not determine what the portrait is painted on,  glass on front, wood lined inside.  Could not make out signature on portrait.  The box has a black Bakelite top.  Circa:  early 1900’s.  Wonderful shape and design.  Wear commensurate with age and use.
