Vintage Cartier 14 Karat Yellow Gold Cigarette Case. Unusual. Case measures: 4 1/2" x 3" x 3/8 ". Inside of the case there is a attached 14 karat yellow gold "T" bar to hold the cigarettes in place. On the back of the front panel: Hand engraved: " To ayong SQUIER, Aloveyere and a lusty batcheler Withlokkes curled they were leyed in presse. Of twenty yeer of age he was, I gesse. The front and back cover are line designed. Engraving Initial plate on front top left side measuring 3/4 " x 3/8 ". Beautiful case, but it has been loved, a few dins and scratches on case.
