Antique Stunner!

Tested 18 Karat  Gold brooch with silver.

Brooch measures   2   1/4 ” wide   x    2 ”  height.

The brooch has One Hundred Thirty-One (131)  Old Mine, Rose Cuts and Old European Diamonds weighing from 0.02 carat to  0.65 carat.

Total diamond weight is approx.    3.00 Carats.

There is One pin on the back,  a  “C’ clasp with frame safety to keep it in .

No maker’s stamps on brooch.

Age: Georgian Period.  The Georgian era is a period in British history from 1714 to c. 1830-37, named after the Hanoverian kings George I, George II, George III and George IV. The sub-period that is the Regency era is defined by the regency of George IV as Prince of Wales during the illness of his father George III.
