Unusual Brass Box from Apollo………

“Trellis” & flower Design Brass Trinket Box with miniature hand painted portrait on top.

Box measures  6 1/2 ”  x   5 1/4″   x    2 “.

Button feet.

Inside the box measures   6″  x   4 1/4″  x   1  1/4″ with it’s original velvet lining.

Ornate brass on top with yellow enamel that has a plastic covering.

On center of top is a lovely miniature hand paint portrait under glass, signed Ms Lion.

Portrait measures   2  1/2 ” in diameter with frame.

Circa 1900-1910

In great condition for it’s age.

Stamped on bottom  ” APOLLO ”

Wear commensurate with age and use
